Terms of sale

These terms apply to orders placed on crazyduckcroyde.co.uk. The seller is Hannah Cooper, trading as Crazy Duck Croyde, 39 Easterly Park, Braunton, Devon EX33 2FH. Email: hello@crazyduckcroyde.co.uk.

Your order

Your order is accepted once payment has been taken and you receive a confirmation email. Crazy Duck Croyde is not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged and prices are shown in pounds sterling. Delivery charges are shown before you pay.

Handmade items

Every candle and wax melt is poured by hand, so small variations in colour, surface and finish are part of the charm and are not faults.

Personalised items

Engraving is done exactly as you type it. Please check spelling, spacing and capitals before you pay. Because personalised items are made to your specification, the right to cancel does not apply to them, unless they are faulty or do not match what you ordered.

Cancelling

For standard items you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. See delivery and returns for how.

Faulty items

Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected. If something is faulty, get in touch and I will repair, replace or refund it.
