I post to UK addresses only for now.

• UK delivery: £3.95 per order
• Free delivery on orders over £35.00

One delivery charge per order, however many items are in it.

Parcels are sent by Royal Mail or Evri.

Dispatch times

Standard items are dispatched in 3 working days. Personalised items take a little longer: 3 working days for engraved items.

Changing your mind

For standard items you have 14 days from the day your order arrives to tell me you want to cancel, and a further 14 days to send the items back unused and in their original condition. I refund the item price and the standard delivery charge within 14 days of getting them back. Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty.

Personalised and engraved items are made to your specification, so they cannot be returned unless they are faulty or I have made a mistake.

Something wrong?

If anything arrives damaged or not as described, email hello@crazyduckcroyde.co.uk with your order reference and a photo within 14 days and I will put it right.
