Privacy policy
This policy explains what information Crazy Duck Croyde (Hannah Cooper) collects when you use this website, and what happens to it.
What I collect
- When you order: your name, email address, phone number if you give it, delivery address, any gift note and engraving text, and what you bought.
- When you send an enquiry: your name, email, message, and any file you upload.
What I use it for
To make, post and support your order, to reply to your enquiry, and to keep the records the law requires for tax. I do not send marketing emails unless you have asked for them, and I never sell your information.
Who else handles it
- SumUp processes your card payment. Your card details go directly to SumUp and are never seen or stored by this website.
- Netlify hosts the website and stores order records; Resend sends order emails; ImprovMX forwards emails sent to our addresses.
- Royal Mail or Evri receive your name and address to deliver your parcel.
How long I keep it
Order records are kept for six years for tax purposes, then deleted. Enquiries are deleted when no longer needed.
Cookies
This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Your basket is saved in your own browser so it is still there when you come back; it is not sent anywhere until you check out.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you by emailing hello@crazyduckcroyde.co.uk. If you are unhappy with how your data has been handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
